Jasmine Ng believes that with the advent of technology, the opportunity to democratize access to prosperity, health, information and education is literally at the fingertips of every individual, it is a question of choice and will.
Jasmine recently co-founded Women In Blockchain Asia with a vision to build a generation of women builders in the blockchain space. She is also a co-founder of a blockchain based ID management project. She is the co-founder of a game development start-up, called EnGame, with a mission to help enterprises gamify their services and products for customer acquisition and inspire customer loyalty.
Presently, Jasmine is also serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director of public listed companies. As a firm believer of paying-it forward, Jasmine is the co-founder and advisor to EPIC Homes, a non-profit organisation; they have been building homes for the underprivileged communities of Malaysia since 2010. She is also a founding team member for GIFT10, a crowdfunding platform for those in financial crisis. She is also on the advisory boards of an online FinTech school, a prop-tech company, several social enterprises and serve as the Secretary to the ACCESS Blockchain Association of Malaysia. She is also the Vice Chair to the Board of Trustee to Junior Achievement Malaysia.
In Jasmine’s last corporate position, she was the Deputy CEO of ReGov Technologies, an innovative fintech company that offers automation of financial solutions on the blockchain. She was also the Chief Revenue Officer of iPay88, a leading payment gateway provider in South East Asia. Prior to that, she was the Chief Executive Officer of Razer Fintech, a subsidiary of Razer Inc. She also previously held the positions of CEO of NEM Malaysia, a wholly owned subsidiary of NEM io Foundation, an enterprise blockchain provider and also a top 20 listed cryptocurrency in CoinMarketBase then. Jasmine’s last financial institution position was the Head of Group Digital, Strategic Digital Alliances and Project Management Office for Maybank Group.
Jasmine has over 25 years of experience in the financial services and tech sector. Her senior-level assignments include the setting up of corporate & consumer financial services contact centres, credit card issuance and merchant businesses, overseeing the payment regionalisation programmes, creating alliances with synergies for organisations and providing consultancy from business transformation to service culture enhancements to the C-suites.
